The penthouse is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
The chalet is available from 4:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the penthouse by 9:00 AM and the chalet by 10:00 AM.
If you book directly through our website, all further steps will be completed through our booking portal.
To confirm your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount into our bank account within 7 days.

We rent our penthouse chalet for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During the off-season, 2-night stays are also possible.
During the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
– Up to 3 months before arrival, no cancellation fee is due.
– Up to 1 month before arrival, 50% of the total package price.
– Up to 2 weeks before arrival, 90% of the total package price.
– Within the last week before arrival, 100% of the total package price.
– If the cancellation is made on the scheduled departure date, the full package price will be charged.
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
Well-behaved and well-groomed dogs are welcome in the Penthouse & Chalet, but the beds, upholstered furniture, and wellness area are off-limits to dogs.
We charge €25.00 per dog per day for your dog’s stay.
Dogs must be declared when booking or inquiring about their presence.
We ask for a €500.00 deposit, which must be paid in cash or credit card.
Please let us know by email before your arrival if you require a cot or high chair.
Our house is just a few minutes’ walk from the village center, where you’ll find a bakery, butcher, dairy, supermarket, ski rental shop, and several restaurants and bars.
Our prices are per day and unit (penthouse or chalet), regardless of whether you are traveling alone or with 6 people in the chalet or 6 people in the penthouse.
Offers exclusively for 2 people are only available during the off-season; prices can be found on the website.
Our concept is based on self-catering. A bakery, dairy, supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. A private chef can be booked for an additional charge.
